A Project Fit Review is a working session with a member of our team. We look at what we hold against your trade, your territory and the project stage you sell into, and go through up to five relevant records with you. It is a review of records, not a list of leads, and it depends on what coverage we actually have.

We check suitability before arranging anything. If your area or scope is not covered yet, we will tell you rather than fill the time.

Your trade

A record is only useful if your scope appears in it. We look at the work packages on a project and whether your trade is one of them.

Your territory

Coverage is built jurisdiction by jurisdiction. We check the areas you actually service against the jurisdictions we hold, and say so when they do not overlap.

Project stage

Approved, out to tender, contractor appointed or under construction. The right stage depends on when in the chain your conversation normally starts.

Dated verification, and visible gaps

Every party and contact detail carries the date it was last checked, so you can judge how current it is rather than take it on trust. Where a source does not publish something, the record says so instead of leaving a blank that reads like an answer.

New South Wales is a sensible starting territory for most Australian trades and is where many reviews begin. Coverage extends beyond it, and the current position for each jurisdiction is listed on the coverage registry. If the area you work in is not covered, we will say so during the fit check.
